Cancellation insurance including COVID-19 :

We advise you to take out cancellation insurance which will allow you to be reimbursed in the event of an event preventing you from carrying out your stay.
La Vallée des Vignes campsite offers you Cancellation and Interruption insurance in your reservation contract. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance which will allow you to be reimbursed in the event of an event preventing you from carrying out your stay.

In the event of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal as soon as an event occurs preventing your departure by post or email. If the claim is provided for in the general conditions (available on the website www.campez-couvert.com or from the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents.

What is covered :

Medical reasons : Serious illness including COVID, serious accident or death, contraindication and following vaccination, complications due to pregnancy. Personal reasons : Summons for the adoption of a child, a remedial examination or an organ transplant, etc. Serious damage to your vehicle : Within 48 hours before the 1st day of stay. Professional reasons : Cancellation or modification of the dates of paid leave, economic dismissal or conventional termination, professional transfer, obtaining a job, etc.

You will find a supermarket 5 minutes by car from the campsite, in the town of Doué la Fontaine, as well as many shops (pharmacy, doctor, veterinarians, bakery, butcher, ..….)
In the heart of the village (5 minutes on foot), there is a bus stop which will allow you to reach Cholet, Doué la Fontaine or Saumur…etc.

EQUIPPED TENT 5 people

– Our tents are equipped with 2 bedrooms with real beds;
– There is a kitchen area with the necessary crockery and a stove;
– You also have a toilet on the site.

Booking conditions

Reception:

Open from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. during the months of July and August. For any late arrival, simply inform the management.
In April, May, June and September, the office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

For camping pitches:

Arrivals are after 2 p.m. and departure before 12 p.m. For any pitch not released after 12 noon, an additional day will be charged.
Double axle caravans are not accepted.
Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date. In case of premature departure, no refund will be made.
The tenant accepts the pitch as it is (trees, plants, vegetation, etc.) he releases the campsite from liability in the event of damage due to falling branches, bad weather, natural disasters, in the event of burglary , broken glass, … It is your responsibility to take out civil liability insurance. The pitch must be vacated and restored to its original state at the end of the stay.
The maximum number of people per pitch: 6 and only one vehicle.
Any supplement on the site must be reported to reception on the day of your arrival.
Payment of the balance of the camping pitch is due on arrival, according to the date indicated on the reservation contract.
The price of the camping pitch includes 1 or 2 people, 1 single vehicle and 1 tent or caravan or 1 single motorhome. It includes access to sanitary facilities (hot showers), reception, swimming pool (opening times and dates), playgrounds and water consumption. All additional people (adults or children) or any additional element (second vehicle, animal, electricity, etc.) are subject to an additional cost.

For rentals:

Arrivals for rentals are from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Departures must be made before 10am. In case of delay or late arrival, please notify by telephone of your arrival times in order to give you the instructions for handing over the keys after the reception has closed.
It is essential to respect the maximum number of people corresponding to the rental model chosen. The number of people cannot under any circumstances be exceeded, even temporarily, adult, child or baby counting as one person: eg: 2 adults + 1 child + 1 baby = 4 people.
Excess number observed = stay refused or expulsion. All rentals are nominative and cannot under any circumstances be assigned or sublet. Only people registered on the reservation form will be admitted to the campsite. In the event of a subsequent change in the number or names of participants in the stay, please notify us by telephone or by mail before your arrival.
It is forbidden to install a canvas tent on the location of the rental. If you wish, it may be placed in the camping area provided for this purpose and at the current rate for pitches.
In case of premature departure, no refund will be made.
All rentals are non-smoking.
In the accommodation rental price is included people (depending on capacity), water, electricity, gas, parking for one vehicle. It includes access to reception, the swimming pool (at opening times and dates), playgrounds, mini-golf (loan of equipment with deposit).
Household linen is not provided in any model: Please bring sheets and towels. Duvet covers and pillowcases are not provided but can be rented

Animals :

Animals called domestic are accepted on the campsite and must be declared at the reception upon arrival of the customer. They must be tattooed, have a vaccination record and be up to date with their vaccinations. They must be kept on a leash. Out of respect for the neighbours, you are asked to take the animal’s needs outside the campsite, to pick up and dispose of the excrement in the bins provided for this purpose. Do not hesitate to ask for bags provided for this purpose at the reception. It is forbidden to leave an animal alone on a site, tied or locked in a car or in accommodation.
Pets are only allowed in certain rentals.
First and second category dogs are strictly prohibited.

Reservation :

The reservation becomes effective only after payment of the deposit. A booking confirmation will be sent to you after receipt of the booking and receipt of the deposit.
For any reservation with a choice of location, you will be charged a fee. The preferences expressed during the reservations will be satisfied to the extent of availability, without engaging the responsibility of the campsite.
The balance of the accommodation rental is payable 30 days before the date of arrival. Without payment on your part within the stipulated time, your stay will be considered canceled and the deposit will be lost.
We do not charge application fees

CHANGES:

The Customer can request the modification of his stay on written request to the campsite (mail or e-mail) up to 10 days before his arrival to the extent of availability and possibilities. No postponement will be accepted for the following season.
In case of delay of the tenant, the rental will be reserved for him for 24 hours after the scheduled date of arrival. After this period and without written proof, the reservation will remain due in its entirety, and will be canceled without any formality, at the wrongs and grievances of the tenant. Camping la Vallée des Vignes, SARL DIPTYCA will dispose of the rental upon expiry of this period.

ARRIVAL:

For rentals, upon your arrival, you will be asked for a deposit (payable by credit card imprint) of 300 € from which the costs caused by damage or missing equipment may be deducted.
For camping pitches, the balance is due upon arrival. Date recorded during your reservation.

DEPARTURE :

At the end of the stay, the complete cleaning is the responsibility of the customer. A minimum sum of €50.00 including tax will be deducted from the deposit if the cleaning is not carried out correctly.
All rented equipment must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, any disappearance or deterioration must be reported to the office and will be invoiced to the customer before his departure according to the prices in force.
When you leave, the campsites must be left clean and cleaned.

Pool access:

The pool is open access, shorts, bermudas are prohibited. Swimming trunks or swimming trunks are compulsory. It is open from April to September depending on the weather. The opening hours are located at the entrance to the swimming pool.

We remind you that CHARCOAL BARBECUES are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Only the gas or electric barbecue not exceeding 1000 watts is tolerated.

Image rights :

You expressly authorize and without compensation, the campsite to use on any medium the photos, videos, sounds of you or the people staying with you for the advertising needs of the campsite.

Additional services:

Restaurant, bar, snack bar, takeaway meals, swimming pool, mini-golf, wifi, washing machine, dryer. BBQ rental. Bike renting. Do not hesitate to contact us for the reservation.
Traffic inside the campsite is authorized from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. outside July and August and from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. in July and August, outside these hours all traffic is strictly prohibited.

Cancellation conditions of the contract:

If the cancellation is made:

at least 90 days before the date of arrival the deposit can be refunded (€20.00 non-refundable administration fee);
from 90 to 30 days, you will be refunded the additional amount paid on account.
from 30 days to 0 days (or no-show), all sums paid will be retained.
No reduction or refund will be granted in the event of delay, early departure or in the event of the closure of a service for technical or administrative reasons. Any stay started is due in full.

Visitors :

Visitors are prohibited from entering the campsite.

Consumer Mediator:

In accordance with the provisions of Article L 612-1 of the Consumer Code, any client of the campsite has the right to have free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute between them and the land operator.
